In China: This footage show a woman being stabbed in the street and stumbling into a crossroads where she collapses and dies while passing drivers and onlookers ignore her. According to witnesses , her suspected murderer called his friends to brag about killing her and her best friend, telling them as he stood over her lifeless body: “I’ve just killed two people. I’m going to be on the news tomorrow.” |

You have to wonder if its law in China to not approach people in certain situations. Why does it seem fairly frequently that they just ignore the person.  |

It's because of their compassionless attitude China recently passed a law to end this kind of behavior. Giving people that help someone injured or in need incentives or reward points. Something like that. |

Honestly the passers were like the fuck is going on, they don't know if shes high on something or lost her mind, it's dark out there and it's not like humans sense blood. Also I've seen somewhere that if the person dies on your car, like you carried her to a hospital but passed away before she could, it gets on you, not sure about this thing |

My guess is no one is helping because the guy who stabbed her is still right there! I wouldn’t run up to help somebody whose probable murderer is still hanging out right there, especially if he said he’s already killed two people and he’s bragging to friends… That’s not a person I want to be around whether I’m helping someone or not!!! Fucking China. |

Hi.  I wonder if it also has to do with the fact that individuals are not important, it’s about the whole. One persons life is not that important in the scheme of the whole society. That, and if a death happens, whoever’s found to be involved are financially responsible. More so if the victim survives… would you want to help? No one wants to risk being responsible financially. Again, Fucking China.  |
