Well, with much of the geographic boundaries of the country of Russia located within the continent of Asia, I suppose you are technically right. Anyhow seems like this lady hit the boy, then tried to hit and run out of there before losing control of the car and causing further mayhem. Who wants to bet somehow she will worm out of serious punishment due to her political connections? |

~ Yep! She was under the influence, of most likely very expensive Vodka. Perhaps her first guzzles of the day.  ~ The first victim was accidental, seems like a kid, then she tried to avoid responsibility, with the entitlement excuse that it was raining so nobody could really pinpoint the accident to 'her', then she tried running away but made the mistake of using the pedestrian sidewalk as a passing lane, thus second victim acquired, then realizing her even greater mistake, she tried to outrun her surmounting guilt, but ran into a vehicle that promptly stifled her efforts at running away from a now eminent lengthy criminal prosecution.  ~ She should have stopped to help the kid with the umbrella & it would not have been her fault, since the kid ran thru without stopping to check for oncoming traffic, thus making it an accident.   |

I hope all of us DR regulars or even occasional visitors keep videos like this in mind when out and about. Always get yourself a ride home if you’ve been drinking. Otherwise you might never be back here again watching someone getting electrocuted when they touch a power line or getting run over by a large drunk when they step in front of it while using their phone. It’s better to watch other people die on video than it is to die yourself. That probably sounds morbid and evil. I swear I’m not a bad person lol |
