I don't think it was intentional, the trajectory was perfect, there were no adjustments of her body on her part to ensure death. She just happened to trip, and landed under the wheel, just as the driver was about to pull away. Freak accident if you ask me.

Its such an unexpected freak accident, how she literally dove under the tire of a bus and got her head so precisely positioned in front of the tire just at the exact moment the bus began to move forward.
