Probably intentional. It is very improbable for her to trip and be propelled in that direction.
I don't think it was intentional, the trajectory was perfect, there were no adjustments of her body on her part to ensure death. She just happened to trip, and landed under the wheel, just as the driver was about to pull away. Freak accident if you ask me.

Looks like her head n brains got spun out from the tire. Wonder what she tripped on. Sure was in a hurry. Great find!

In the second video you can see that it was all an accident. The woman was very old and that's why she lost all the balance and fell under the bus which, by the way, stopped just for her to get off.

There is a dark spot on the pavement right where her right foot is moving forward. Looks to me whatever that dark spot is is what made her trip. Poor old lady!!
