Re: Woman Fatally Hit at Crosswalk by Intoxicated Motorist
I've actually got a couple crosswalks around me that dont have lights but do have signs that require drivers to yield to any pedestrians but the drivers dont always stop. I've seen people cross the street without bothering to look around and I shake my head everytime. Just because the sign says all cars yield to peds doesnt mean they will... I dont have nearly enough faith in people to trust others as a pedestrian lol. The cops love chilling there, and the speed limit keeps getting lowered and they even recently put radar there as well but I still wouldnt trust people. |

Re: Woman Fatally Hit at Crosswalk by Intoxicated Motorist
They couldn't be seen by the guy in the red car due to the stopped car, I think. I was at first thinking this was a stop light, but saw it wasn't on replay. But then, the red car guy should have seen the other car stopped and realized why he had (stopped).
