Colombia, What was supposed to be a day of joy and family togetherness ended in tragedy this weekend when a woman, D.H. enjoyed a Father's Day celebration and suddenly fell and died while dancing at a restaurant.

Although some people tried to assist her, the woman no longer had vital signs. Initial medical reports point to sudden cardiorespiratory arrest as the cause of death.

That's how my husband died. We were watching TV and we were talking. I left the room for less than 5 minutes. His eyes were open but fixed and dilated. He was gone just like her. Fine one minute, and just died. Worst day of my life
