russia, A 29 year old man, driving a Hyundai, while making a left turn at a controlled intersection, failed to give way to a Lada, driven by a 20 year old man, moving straight from the opposite direction.

As a result of the accident, two passengers in the Hyundai, a 40 year old female teacher, at an Orthodox school, and her 22 year old daughter, died at the scene of the accident from their injuries. The Lada driver was hospitalized with injuries.

And I stand by my initial assessment. There was a woman present and even if she wasn’t driving she probably still did something, most likely wouldn’t shut up and distracted the driver.
