That thing hanging out of her was a prolapsed uterus with attached placenta. Basically, the uterus ruptured and it turned inside out and came out along with the baby. Can happen with an explosive delivery.....she coulda been saved had she been in a HOSPITAL....How Awful!

I think the music was fitting... very sad sounding. Who knows what it translates to though. If it was in China, they probably filmed this to show to their women to keep them from trying to keep pregnancies secret. Beyond sad. It does look like a prolapsed uterus, though.

Very bad way to die!! I take it the prolapsed uterus made her bleed to death. I wonder if the baby was alive and died because it wasn't attended to ..  |
