Sometimes a woman tears 'down there' when birthing a baby, so I think it is blood that has dripped into the toilet? This baby was stuck during birth, it is still in it's embryotic fluid 'sac' and the placenta comes out last.

This is one of the sickest video's I've ever seen and I've watched years of gore, the beheadings, accidents everything. That Yoko Ono music possibly made it worse.
