In your arm alone you have 4 arteries bud (Radial, Ulnar, Brachial, Axillary). All of which will pump out approximately 70cc's (70ml) of blood per HEART BEAT. At 100 bpm, without intervention, she is unconscious in 2 to 4 minutes and dead in 5 to 10 minutes.  Not likely to be her aorta unless she chest bumped the door...lol. |

That is amazing! I hadn't seen anything on studies they were doing like that. It seems like it would be hard to figure that out at any rate because the drugs have an amnesiac effect on the patients. Even the barbiturates we have cause problems. Some people just forget how they got to the hospital. It was a really cool read. Thanks! |
