What I read in the record search was that she had a charge for driving on a revoked license back in 2016. But that was 5 years ago. Where did you read that she was driving on a revoked license in 2021?

Not saying it isn't in there, but I sure couldn't find it. So if you did, then that's a whole different story. Of course he had a right to confiscate her shit and impound the car if she was driving it without a license.

But I cannot see anything to corroborate that assertion. So please direct me accordingly.

I might have shot myself in the foot speedreading. I looked at the rap sheet Simone posted about not having a DL but now that I re-read it, that was from 2012 so that was not a current problem.

I believe the law goes if a car is pulled over for warrants anything and anyone in the car is fair game. The passenger would share a "common venture".

What was he arresting her for? He was abusing his white cop status. He never states WHY she’s being arrested so she feared for her life. I don’t blame her. White cops love arresting black people while also pissing them off.
