much of what i learned in school has been forgotten and that which i have remembered occasionally becomes altered in time. so i may be completely wrong here but as far as the NY subway incident, wouldn't trying to help the guy put that person in the same situation? if i recall, water acts like a conductor for electricity and our bodies contain a lot of water in the cells that make us up. so by trying to save him, wouldn't a person find themselves getting fried also?

Except there are countries like Canada that are just as beautiful, and don't have any drug cartels beheading anyone at all. Our drug dealers also work day jobs, go camping with families, fishing, play hockey, etc. Our government actually has some control, not like in Mexico.
