Banten, Indonesia. The 74 year old woman, who fell between the boat hull and dock fender, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Maybe carelessness on the part of the boat company for not placing a gangway plank or the woman's hijab was obscuring her view of looking down and seeing the gap. |
