She's walking in the Pedestrian Crosswalk. It therefore becomes his responsibility to look for pedestrians. When one takes a driver training course, this is one thing that you are taught and if during the test you go over the crosswalk when stopping, you fail. So really, driver's at fault completely here. |

Yep.. Pedestrian holds their fate in this kind. Unless its a fast moving vehicle. Come on all you have to do is look left and right then left.. Ffs repeat this 2 times and your chances of getting ran over by that truck is almost 0.00001%

Both at fault. She should have looked to make sure that driver saw her. She did not. She won't make that mistake again.
