Re: Woman on Crosswalk Dies Being Run Over by a MAN Truck
Its tough for the driver who didn't see the old lady, its disgusting that it happened but its worse that the bus just drove on by.

Re: Woman on Crosswalk Dies Being Run Over by a MAN Truck
She was on a crossing, it's the truck driver's responsibility to stop. That being said she could have at least made herself aware of the vehicle. That's some faith in white lines painted on to the asphalt! Brutal |

She was in the cross walk and had the right of way... And there is no way I'd believe him if he said he didn't know he hit her... He used her body for a speed bump FFS! |

Re: Woman on Crosswalk Dies Being Run Over by a MAN Truck
Really? SO you mean there's no way that woman could have prevented her own death? I don't know about you but whether the driver is at fault or not is irrelevant. If I get killed crossing the street because I didn't protect myself from all the morons driving like maniacs-texting-while driving-drunk-on-heroin-blindfolded I'm not sure why I wouldn't be to blame. A child is a different story. Grown adults are well aware that people are bad drivers, and to just put your own fate in their hands is your FAULT. |
