Woman in Car Wrongly Hits and Run a Guy Sitting on His Walker at Sidewalk
NYC. The driver in the Far Rockaway, Queens hit and run that killed a 59-year-old disabled man, M.S. remains on the loose after she wrongly hit the man when she was aiming for someone else where she had a fight with inside and outside the deli store possibly about a romantic interest. Some witnesses said the women appeared to be high or drunk. The doomed man was a fixture on the corner of Beach 20th Street and New Haven Avenue, where he was killed, one neighborhood resident said. The man didn’t bother nobody. Every morning when I pass here he’s here. He sits down here, drink coffee, smoke cigarettes. |

What a stupid young woman. She was angry at whomever but really complicated her problems. The innocent bystander sitting in his wheelchair is going to be her open door to prison for a whole lot of whatever is left of the rest of her miserable life. |

...and to the charge of murder she will plead "Not guilty". You can have a person on video, face as plain as day (like on this video), committing a crime and their plea will be "Not guilty". That is how perverted the justice system is nowadays. She'll probably plea bargain down to "failure to maintain traffic lane" and get a fine and probation. |

Re: Woman in Car Wrongly Hits and Run a Guy Sitting on His Walker at Sidewalk
Kids, elderly and handicapped victims have more of an emotional affect on a jury than the average person and given the circumstances, her stupidity is going to land her in prison for a long long time where she is going to have to get use to fighting all the time to survive if she even does. She should have called it a day and walked away and she is surely regretting doing that now. As for the unfortunate handicapped guy it, what are the chances of that happening? It was just his time to go. Goes to Shows you that you never know when it's your time.

I would tend to agree with you on several points, however, her actions did cause the death of a person. In this country, the UnUnited States, they frown heavily on that sort of thing. She might not be charged with murder but could very well be cited with manslaughter which can still lead to a heavy penalty.. let’s hope she’s not charged with failing to hold a proper lane.. she did back up and intend to drive over someone, it was just the wrong someone. |
