Is it just me or does Africa just seem to have random tires laying around everywhere (and people carry bottles of gasoline with them)? I rarely seem to see people being burned with anything else except gasoline and tires in Africa.

What is wrong with these people? Burning people up like it is some festival. While watching this I was hoping for an air strike to drop napalm bombs in the middle of this crowd. Would be poetic.
