Who says he was drunk? I thought they never caught the guy. Also, that is why you don't ride in front of traffic. |

i guess nobody seen the driver with anything intoxicating or even see the driver at all. how did they come to the assumption that the driver was drunk? i know a lot of drivers here who drives like that cold sober and very careful when drunk.

someday, hopefully consumer vehicles will have wireless throttle governors on them, that control maximum possible speed in certain urban zones, independent of driver input...
