It's easy for us to say someone should've stopped him. But with what? What if nobody had a gun handy? Or a golf club, bat, mace, saw, katana, etc.? The dude clearly didn't give a shit about her life, so why would he care about the life of some random stranger telling him to stop stabbing her? Helping someone who is down when there's no immediate threat? Yes everyone should do that. Help someone who is currently being stabbed by some crazy asshole with a knife? Only if you have a way to keep getting stabbed yourself. No need to turn one death into two. |

What should you do when you see someone getting stabbed like that? Unless I have a large object to protect myself like a table it seems unlikely that I'd do anything besides calling 112.

what to do? you run and tackle him, grab his arm, etc. Then, knowing how humans work, other people will feel safer to also join in and grab him. It's a risk, but what if it was your family member there? that's someone's sister yooo. btw: women, stop dating aholes. This is what happens. Ever think of the nice guy? :) |

This is the most honest, best response and thinking I’ve seen on any of these type of videos. You will be an asset to an investigation some day because you won’t be an “unnecessary” victim. Remember most of the people talking about jumping in have never nor will they likely ever see someone attacked like this. Mr. “I’ll Karate Kick” blah blah blah bubba is a prime example of the average person who has never been in a fight and backs down first. Those people are to frozen to provide details to investigators. Keep up the great posts and keep using the space between your ears. |
