I washed windows for a summer when I was in college. It’s one of those jobs where you’re actually happy OSHA exists so your prick-of-boss cant try to kill you. If there is any predicted weather that includes gusts of wind over a certain amount (I don’t recall the specific cutoff as this was nearly 25 years ago) then we weren’t allowed on scaffolding. We were also required to carry wind guages to monitor conditions. These were requirements strictly for high rises (much akin to what’s in this video). Good times, good pay for a college student too.
