It was the Marine Corps...I saw desert cammies and something called an ISOMAT. It was a border transition team. Anyhow, the gov't in Iraq is stable, hence the mass downgrade of US forces there. Afghan...whole other story. We're not there for anything other than to get the Taliban out. They grow poppy...illegal by US law, but we know that it accounts for 97% of thier economy. We're not there to change anything...
