No way in hell the moron driving his car down that line going mach 7 couldn't have swerved out of the way or yielded to pedestrians. Pedestrians ALWAYS have right of way, and by law (at least in my state), you SLOW the fuck down as you approach a cross-walk. Hope that driver gets the chair.  |
