How was this a murder if at the end he mumbles something in spanish? keep in mind he is still breathing. I mean dont get me wrong kicking someone in the head can and has killed people. never ever ever do it. But i am skeptical that this is a murder altogether. can someone link a news story or something similar? An autopsy report would be the best lol
