Probably internal bleeding etc etc..... broken ribs pushed into his lungs. 2 lifts that I always respect, bench & the squat....... no easy way out with hundreds of pounds waiting to crush you. |

When it drops, it looks like his chest had foam padding under it, like something from a bad horror movie. Weightlifting is painful as it is without things like this happening. |
