If you haven't been watching the trial, this'll fill you in on some of the crazy shit this "sovereign citizen" did in court like:

- Took off his clothes.
- Got super butthurt when the prosecution called him out for getting a 15 year old pregnant and being a sex offender. ("She told me she was 18!" )
- Built a fort on his desk to hide himself from the court cam.
- Blamed the judge for his outbursts.
- Blamed God for not stopping his car while driving through the parade.
- Believed a sequestered juror with no access to electronic devices somehow did an AMA on the Justice4Darell subreddit talking about how they were "biast" against him.
- Continuously Used the term "biast" instead of "biased" despite being told by the judge there's no T.

I would suggest that if the judge refuses to address subject matter jurisdiction in front of the jury, you immediately call for a mistrial and if the judge refuses, call them a racist (even if they are the same race as you), and threaten to get the judge disbarred. I believe this is why Brooks lost, he just didn't go far enough. Good luck!
