There are two ways. 1. Go into the USER CP and on the bottom left under "User Tagging" hit "Settings". There will be options to turn on notifications for mentions, quotes, etc. or to see them all at the same time: 2. Go to your profile and click on the "Quotes" tab to see who has quoted you.
