Viscera Hanging Out After Motorcycle Accident in Nicaragua

An off-duty police officer, 28-year-old Holmar A.B.D., was killed when he lost control of his motorbike and struck a metal road barrier on the NIC-5 highway in Nicaragua. The collision ripped open Holmar's abdomen and resulted in his viscera being exposed at the scene, and he died a few minutes later.

Holmar's colleague and motorcycle passenger, 26-year-old Javier M.H., received serious injuries at the scene and was taken to hospital. It is presumed that Holmar was intoxicated at the time of the crash, but police have not confirmed this fact.

It doesn't surprise me that people stand there filming, after all I'm on a website comprised mostly of films made that way. But to stand there laughing - that's pretty rough. I half wonder if she knew him and didn't like him very much.
