Looks like he was shooting through steamed up glasses  You'd think with the access they have to cell phones that we'd get better video but oh hell naw.....we get shit and a chicken shit guy afraid to use the zoom. That is much of SE Asia, not just Vietnam. Cambodia, Thailand, etc they pretty much all share similar tempers when angered. I was really nervous in Vietnam, but I sure was in Thailand.
