Bắc Từ Liêm district, Hanoi. The woman was believed to be around 40 years old. It's believed to be a suicide, but this hasn't yet been confirmed by authorities.

Ya, three separate scooters went past and i didnt see any of them slow a bit and even look at the body .... cold cold cold .... Poor lady died alone with just a video watching. |
