In Ho Chi Minh City, a 39-year-old man, H.V.H., was invited by a 42-year-old woman, M.T.V., to go to a milk tea shop. However, the two had an argument, which resulted in H. slitting M.'s throat. Immediately afterwards, H. committed suicide by stabbing himself in the throat and stomach.

According to some reports, M. had told H. that she intended to break up with him.

It looks more that her aorta was severed, right?
