kids fault.guess he thought the race was gonna stop cause he got spun out....pfft....then get out and walk into traffic of cars sliding around a turn in the track......all i can say is NATURAL SELECTION wins again.not a tony stewart fan or defending him but any of the other drivers could have hit his dumb ass.lucky for the dumb ass's family it was somebody with deep pockets.

At this point we don't know what happened. True he just had an incident with the idiot on thenprior lap, and probably would be looking towards the damaged #13 car as he was passing by. Even more reason for him to not see or expect to see a person on the track, with car # 45 potentially blocking the view of Ward until to late to react to it. Have you ever seen where a car is following behind another on the highway, and the lead car makes a quick lane change because traffic is stopped ahead of it? The tail car will then plow into the stopped car. What is for sure it that there are probably several other videos that will surface with time that will give us a much better idea as to what happened. Not saying Tony is innocent or guilty at this time. However, based on the 1 video posted here. I only blame Ward for stepping out into traffic in front on #45, to then be hit 1.4 seconds later by Tony's car. |

It looked deliberate to me. Just my personal opinion but whether Tony saw him or not, you don't speed up under yellow flag close to a disabled vehicle on the track. This doesn't look good for Tony. Thoughts and prayers to Kevin Ward's family. This is going to turn out to be a tragedy to all parties involved.  |
