I thought we already knew he was arrested once for shoplifting? Is this a separate incident, or is this what makes the shooting justified?
Facts -
Not trespassing day of shooting (based on GA law)
No Burglary day of shooting (Based on owner of home under construction).
No crime witnessed = no citizens arrest = false imprisonment = probably some form of Homicide. I doubt that the 2 guys were out to kill him and that's a high bar to meet. Proving they went out intending to kill him. I would probably say unintentional or negligent homicide IMO.

He attacked someone with the right to carry. The guy with the shotgun defended himself. All they did was ask him to stop as far as I'm aware. No shots were fired until the shotgun owner was in danger.

The media sure as hell aren't gonna disseminate this video or admit that the two white neighborhood-watch men were within their rights to consider Arbery suspicious—as the news puppetmasters are always trying to foment racial hatred and heap misplaced guilt on whitey, in order to advance their racist, intolerant, bigoted and discriminatory anti-white agenda. They would have us exterminated, liquidated and annihilated as a race, and wiped off the face of the Earth, if left to their own devices. Though I am sorry for his family's loss and for his own, it is wrong to make others responsible for his own reckless actions that caused his own death that day, and his tomfoolery on other occasions.

These guys should maybe be charged with manslaughter or something lesser, murder is a stretch. The media acts like these two guys saw a black man running down the street and chased him down and killed him for being black. The media really is to blame for the racial tension in America. Most people in America get along just fine regardless of race. There's always a few crazies in every race, but from my experience we all get along just fine.
