Short answer, NO.

Since the CCTV is owned by the NC transit system, a government entity, it has to abide by USA state privacy laws (VRA/Marsy's Law) which requires censoring any images of crime victims released to the public. There are occasionally leaks, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

The below video is what was released on FOIA request by the media of the murder of Maria Zarutska...

I found a couple of clips claiming to be from this attack, although someone else commented that it looks like events from a previous year, so — grain of salt...
Former local.
This is the right beach, so I expect the video is accurate as it’s been a long time since a fatal shark attack around there.

Sorry to clarify, I meant the second video is from this attack. The first one is a different attack as you said.

I've only seen the one video. There are a couple of image posts in the same time frame of a young woman having scalp replacement surgery, but I can't tell if it's the same person/incident. Here's some results for a woman scalped.
