OK, the good news is that I definitely recognize this video from about ten years ago. Unfortunately, I can't find it at the moment. I know it's part of a longer video, which makes it a bit more difficult and time consuming to locate, but I'll keep working on it.

i still can find the video on the isis site,but now they probably cut the execution that part off(posting date is October 11,2015).i find this gif on internet,it's posting date is May 1,2016.in another video on the isis website(May 7,2016),the same executioner and other two prisoners in it too,but I can't find this guy.so the video of this gif should be earlier than the earliest time I can find it on the Internet, most likely in the 2015 video.I thought they exactly cut that part off(video October 11,2015),and it should can be find in the original or earlier version.

There was a fire on a balloon at a festival in Mexico. It was their first balloon celebration. Supposedly the fire broke out while the balloon was tethered, and some of the pax got off. Then the tether burned through, and someone went for a ride, and then fell and died.
This is just what was reported. I wondered if anyone had found footage or pics of this.

Short answer, ain't gonna happen.

AFAIK, the selfie was never posted to FB or any social media but may have been shared directly to his friend. NYPD recovered it directly from his cell phone. A FOIA request was made by news organizations and the police released a censored version due to prohibitions in NY state law and that's the image you can find on Google or here...
