I can’t find it. But anyone have the video where Isis ( I think) are burning some men alive in a cage? At the end some guy is leaking what I assume is cerebral fluid from his nose. Huge thanks to anyone who can help.  |

It's extremely difficult to obtain unedited video from law enforcement in USA, even with a FOIA request. State laws regulate exactly what can be shared with the media and public, especially during ongoing investigations or trial. Here's what was provided via FOIA, still edited but a little more than what the press has released...
