Looking for an older video that shows a reporter talking to an African Soldier or Policeman who have detained a guy. The reporter asks the soldier if he is going to execute this prisoner and he was told "No" several times. The reporter reassured the detainee that he was safe and not going to be executed. When the interview was over. The soldier shot the detainee with an AK. Thanks |
