Anyone know of the video (possibly mexico or another spanish speaking country). They had a man hanging from a rope upside down from his ankles. The man was swinging wildly trying to avoid being castrated. It was futile and at the end they ended up cutting him in half vertically

Are you certain that you saw that video on DR? It sounds very intriguing. I've searched all the way back to 2006 with no luck. There are several similar videos (and stills of people cut vertically in half), but not exactly as you've described. Perhaps someone else recalls seeing it and can help out.
