As it turns out, the story is a hoax and the Aidin "Fingertip" Stephen video does not exist. The name "Aidin Stephen" appears to be the TikToker's name, or at least close to it, whose account is "@aidenstevenofficial." The TikToker has even posted jokes in the last slide of his previous content before this, suggesting the story is just a troll.

As further proof that the story is fake, Instagram didn't roll out their live features until 2016, making it impossible that Aidin Stephen would have streamed his crime there. Nice try, @aidenstevenofficial." Well memed.
