Incase no one chimes in with anything concrete, I've read two different things about it. The less likely one is that he was some drug boss's son. The other story is that his mother was going out with or married to some narco, they broke up, and then this happened for whatever reason--likely it involved one or more erect rival narco weeners. This seems more likely to me. They sure are hard on him though--taking in, through the nostrils, your own warm blood-mud can't be a very pleasant kiss goodbye. |

I don't know if you've ever had your nose broke, I have twice. This thing happens, where how much blood there is scares you. It feels like all your skin freezes at once, and it's going to crack like the skin on cooling lava. You put your head back--half because you don't want to see it, and half because you remember that's what people do. But it's not just your regular "pocket protector nerd" variety nosebleed, your sinuses fill in seconds, and gravity draws the blood through the valve that usually prevents any liquid from being inhaled, and so you choke. You can cough the speckles half way across a room, onto ceilings, and turn wherever you go to escape the mess into a real slaughter house. Practically all of it is panic though, a mountain out of a mole hill that keeps your attention away from numerous helpful contents of the nearest freezer that you should have already placed on the back of your neck. None of this freezer business really applied for this kid though--poor little fella. |
