There's one that sticks in my mind that ticks these boxes. Can't find it, but still trying.

It's a front view of a guy being executed from behind. The knife is sharp, his throat gets slit slowly, the executioner keeps the victims head held up with fingers in the eye sockets (I think). As the cut goes through, he is made to choke on his own blood.

It's slow, cringeworthy and in HD. Hope I can find it, but if anyone else knows the vid...

The guy is tied to a chair yes? At the very beggining another guy quickly stabs his chest area and retreats off camera while the killer does his work.

I think he's referring to a vid from Mexico. The victim has duct tape around his eyes. The victim doesn't get stabbed, but rather punched in the gut because he kept raising his hands to guard his neck.

It's the vid where the executioner keeps stopping to poke the knife into the victim's windpipe.
