All the garbage scattered on the ground, they just throw shit out the windows to dispose of it, no garbage collection service. They probably shit in plastic Wal-Mart bags and throw those out the window (no plumbing). Then the shit piles up outside the window and they knock the pile down with gunfire to make room for more shit (like they are doing here).

What a complete idiot. From the beginning of the video of was thinking it had to be that dumbass who shot someone. Had no idea how to handle a weapon. He should have stuck to fucking goats. And that's fucking as a verb, rather than an adjective.
