Given that he had his head slammed into the ground about 20 times before his upper torso was ripped clean off from his legs that were still left spinning in the flywheel, I'm going to say... yes. He survived. It's a fucking miracle. He's now traveling around China in a custom-made Tonka truck giving lectures to other little chinky ****** about why it's a bad idea to stick your arm in the moving spokes of a flywheel.

Damn, bet every bone in his body was fractured. Wondering if that was actually body parts, or clothing flying around like confetti.
Both. Clothing first then chunks and small bits. Then after several seconds a bunch of skin sloughed off and into a crack in the floor leaving skeletal bits entangled in the machine.
Brutal way to go!
