I wonder what those streaks on his arms are. They don't appear to be from external bleeding. I wonder if they could either be from where his arms were smashed or from where blood was forced into his arms from the massive pressure on his torso. I suspect the former.

They seem to be in tyre-tread pattern.

I think you're right. I zoomed in & it's the same pattern as the tread marks across his stomach & the same alignment on his body.
