Know of a friend's family that somehow subdued some home invaders and beat the piss out of them. I bet the youtube comment warriors who want death for all rapists and pedophiles, no trail, rape the criminals to death (you guys know the type) might have a change of heart if they realized what that kind of thing actually looked like. For all we know this man is innocent. Even if he is guilty, I don't want to live in a country where ANYONE is allowed to inflict this kind of suffering on a human being. Just because someone deserves to be punished for their crimes doesn't mean everyone else in society has a right to torture and kill them. No one should have the right to torture and kill another person (with the exception of an active self-defense situation). I couldn't even finish this video.

I understand how villagers might get angry and want revenge when crime is committed, but I for one would not feel SAFER in a community where people just set fire to someone without a second thought. I don't care who the victim of the torture is- normal people do not enjoy inflicting grevious bodily harm on other people. Normal people do not enjoy torturing people to death.
