Venezuela Mob Justice - Man is Tortured and Slowly Burned Alive
This man was believed to have raped a young girl and killed a bus driver in Valencia, Venezuela. This is the death the Venezuela way - slow and painful.

Re: Venezuela Mob Justice - Man is Tortured and Slowly Burned Alive
Venezuela has taken over as the world’s most violent country. Mob justice is normal and presence of little children is not only standard, they are some of the most involved when it comes to torturing and slowly murdering the victim. These men and women who are exposed to Venezuelan mob justice are presumed criminals. Perhaps someone saw them commit a crime which is then followed by whole village getting together to unleash mob justice on that person. There is no trial, the accused doesn’t get a chance to speak for himself, they are simply beaten until they are on the fringe of dying, but not dead yet. Then they are set on fire by having gasoline poured on their skin and are slowly burned alive.

Re: Venezuela Mob Justice - Man is Tortured and Slowly Burned Alive
Punishment fits the crime, can we have that in the UK, if he had raped my daughter it would take longer than that to die and my daughter would be in charge of the petrol

Re: Venezuela Mob Justice - Man is Tortured and Slowly Burned Alive
No, actually they do - but criminals go unpunished about 99% of the time. In Venezuela one is guilty before found innocent. So, a person could be in prison for as much as 5-years awaiting trial. Criminals, therefore, opt for killing their victims for as little as a cell phone mugging. There are not enough policemen, they get paid nearly minimum wages, and they come from the same shanty towns where the gangsters live. Often times, crimes are commited by off-duty policemen. When poor people in rural areas resort to vigilante justice, it is due to the lack of response from the authorities. In this particular case: It was a home invasion robber who systematically killed a woman's 3-children as he counted every 15-minutes she would not tell him where the money was. She ran an all too common home grocery store, but had not made more than the equivalent of $50.00 that day - so he killed all three children as the woman screamed in horror while forced to watch the executions. (from Venezuela, and this was a famous case in the news) |

So not sure. If not finding guilty by a judge and without defense i think it's rather barbaric. You know how stupid liars tell rumours to get what they want. If he really did commit those crimes i have no trouble seeing some street justice. |

Yeah, believed but not sure. Was trying to find out more information last night but hit a blank... I'm all for a good bit of torture but I happen to think the accused should be entitled to state their case...
