The shooter comes in during the last 6 seconds. I don't want to be called racist.

He's wearing blue and comes in from the opposite side of the parking lot and just blasts.

At 19 seconds you can see the victim and you hear "get off my girl".

Victims initials are "J.P.", 30 years old, happened in Portland. Looks like he had a newborn.

Shooter still walking free.
Not racist. We all know what race he probably was and low and behold

Black guy was defending the 16 year old who was getting beat up by the adult. Once that guy came and put his hands on the minor he got popped
