Re: V.Z. from CoD Ferrari Crash Video
If this is a "road worthy" vehicle, there should at least be minimum safety requirements. Have you ever seen a Formula One car on municipal roads? Ferraris are known for their fatal crashes. Some dealers will not sell a Ferrari to a potential buyer who has not driven a Ferrari. Fires are what kill people in crashed Ferraris. Fixing that would go a long way.

Fucking around with cars with that kind of power can result in this. Having money doesnt make you a formula 1 driver.

Re: V.Z. from CoD Ferrari Crash Video
The fact that you can buy it means it's roadworthy. Every car that is sold and road legal is crash tested and passed all of that country's regs and standards. You can't just build a car and sell it without having it meet LOTS of standards. The reason F car dealers won't sell you one is not because they're afraid you'll crash it, they want to keep their used car prices up so they make you buy a few used ones to prove you're rich enough and prop up their brand value/used car values etc. F1 cars are not on the street because honda cvic will take your fucking dome off because its bumper is where your skull is in a F1 car (does not meet a standard) see how this works? God himself can't save you if you're slamming a car 120mph into the short side of a wall. Plenty of ppl die every day driving Honda Civics going 80. F cars just attract speed so when accident happens, lots of cameras are around and the speed are much higher. |

Re: V.Z. from CoD Ferrari Crash Video
You're just scrambling to find an argument that doesn't exist. Supercars are subject to the same safety laws, crash tests, speed limits, etc. as anything else. You hoping we can just somehow yell "make them indestructible and stuff!!111" and it'll magically happen. We already have the rules and regulations in place to make things safe, but if someone's going to try and take a turn 70mph over the speed limit in a car that can only take that turn at 50mph over the speed limit, there's not much you can do about it. |
