Watch the vid again, you can see him turning away to the left to avoid them just before he hits the first biker.

I find it strange that he wasn’t able to keep his rig in his lane but he was able to stop pretty quick after the brains were splattered on his windshield! He should not be on the rosd if he had seizures!
