Sad accident. Whether the reason was the wind or not, the Nevada justice system will throw the book at him as they already demonstrated by the several fuckkk ups that have come to light. It reminds me of the methup good old boy Jordan Barson who killed five when he fell to sleep. The troopers in his case went easy on him and overlooked his little meth troubles. Barson got 15 years for killing five. Nothing is going to bring back those poor souls back.  |

As a truck driver myself, this is absolutely unacceptable to have happen. If it was wind, the first action is to simply carry yourself safely to the other shoulder and stop. Yeah, you'll get a ticket, but you won't KILL SOMEBODY. Also, as a truck driver, this is obvious either tired driving or it was on purpose. Unbelievable. Fuck this guy.  |
