Re: Usa - Security Guard Shot Man Who Pulled Gun
I swear everyone who comments like this must have two lazy eyes, if you wanna have such a strong opinion, maybe try actually watching the video. The perp started firing back before the guards initial mag dump even ended AND managed to land a leg hit, he didn't fire back at all once the shotgun came out. The reason for the shotgun was because the guard was wounded by some hot head who pulled a gun on him, if someone pulls a gun on me, I'm going to defend myself BEFORE the barrel is pointed at my head, you don't have time to think "oh I shot him enough, maybe, just maybe he wont shoot back" because in this case, the dude clearly shot back. This video is literally the perfect example of why your opinion isn't realistic in actual gunfights. |

Re: Usa - Security Guard Shot Man Who Pulled Gun
you need to have respect for your own life too, though. you shoot to eliminate the threat. when they are still waving that gun around when they are down = threat. i've been watching shooting videos for 2 decades. there's so many instances where the perp is down after getting shot and they start shooting again. to think otherwise is just being willfully ignorant, respectfully. |

People violent enough to attack and pull a weapon are presumed to be violent enough to follow through and kill. Act accordingly.

Re: Usa - Security Guard Shot Man Who Pulled Gun
Exactly. Looked like this asshole thought he was going to flash his weapon and intimate the guard. Seemed like he was surprised the guard really shot him..
